Hi! My name is Luis Soares, Portuguese and living in Lisbon. I'm a sociologist working in the social area mainly through the planning and evaluation domain. Right now I’m finishing my internship at STEP/Portugal, where I had my first contact with CIARIS and, namely, the on-line learning tools (through the 'Percurso Lusófono'). Besides my work, a like to travel and I’m a great fan of martial arts, hiking and cinema. As I find CIARIS and its tools very interesting and full of possibilities I have very positive expectations towards these community and the Lisbon meeting.
