Well, our group had two distinct focusses for discussion so it was difficult to address specific ones in such a little time.
(We thought it would be better to create four groups for the whole group and threrefore, the discussion about facilitation was mixed with the one about communities, which didn't encourage the elaboration of precise recommendations.)
Hello to all!
I used to be an english teacher (9 years) in the north od France but then I discovered technologies and all the possibilities that the internet can offer from a pedagogical point of view. I then decided to investigate this field.
This led me to Geneva, where I've been working for 5 years, in a research laboratory (TECFA, University of Geneva) on different projects linked to educational technologies.
I'm currently working on two projects with the CIARIS team. The first is related to the setting and facilitation of online communities (http://tecfaseed.unige.ch/users/frete/ciariscommunity), the second has just started and this is why I will attend to the conference and to the CIARIS-friends meeting: to meet you all, discuss and understand better what is at stake from different points of view
